CS2 Power Rankings Week 23 2026: Legacy and MOUZ Surge
The Top Four Hold Position
Vitality remains untouchable at 1000 points, nearly 300 clear of Natus Vincere in second. The French roster of apEX, ropz, ZywOo, flameZ and mezii shows no signs of vulnerability heading into the next tournament cycle. Backing them as outright winners continues to offer poor value unless the field is genuinely stacked.
Natus Vincere at 709 points and Spirit at 517 represent the only real threat to Vitality's dominance, but the gap suggests neither has strung together the wins necessary to close the distance. Falcons sit fourth at 508 points with the karrigan-led superteam featuring NiKo and m0NESY, though their inability to move up speaks to inconsistent playoff performances. When these four meet, expect tight lines, but fade Falcons in must-win scenarios until they prove the roster has fixed its late-map execution issues.
FURIA rounds out the top five at 398 points. The FalleN-YEKINDAR pairing has delivered steady results, but the 110-point gap to Falcons means this roster sits in no man's land. They'll beat teams ranked 10 through 20 and lose to the top four.
Legacy and MOUZ Make Their Move
Legacy jumps five spots to ninth with 296 points, the biggest mover inside the top ten. The Brazilian squad under arT has found form at exactly the right moment, sitting just two points behind The MongolZ and within striking distance of MOUZ at seventh. This is a roster that thrives as an underdog, and current odds likely haven't caught up to their ranking surge. Look for value when Legacy faces teams ranked 11 through 15.
MOUZ climbs two spots to seventh with 302 points despite running a four-man roster of torzsi, Spinx, xertioN and xelex. The German organization has clearly solved whatever personnel issue forced the short-handed lineup, and the results suggest the remaining core is playing at a career-best level. That said, a four-man roster invites fatigue over a long tournament. MOUZ makes sense in best-of-one scenarios but becomes a fade candidate in extended playoff runs until they announce a fifth.
The gap between MOUZ at 302 and The MongolZ at 298 is razor-thin. These two teams will flip positions weekly based on single series results. For betting purposes, treat them as interchangeable until one strings together three consecutive deep runs.
The Slide Begins for PARIVISION
PARIVISION drops three spots to tenth after holding a higher position last week. At 260 points, Jame's squad now sits just two points ahead of GamerLegion and has fallen behind Legacy's surge. This is the first red flag for a team that looked poised to challenge the top six earlier in the year.
The roster still features Jame, BELCHONOKK, xiELO, nota and zweih, so the pieces are theoretically in place. But three-spot drops in power rankings don't happen because of scheduling variance. PARIVISION is losing matches they should win, and the trend line points down. Avoid them as favorites until they stabilize.
Astralis and G2 also slide, falling two spots to 12th and one spot to 13th respectively. Astralis at 251 points with HooXi calling has become predictable, and G2's rebuild around huNter- and a cast of unknowns like HeavyGod and MATYS hasn't delivered the firepower the organization expected. Both teams are fades against top-ten opposition and coin flips against each other.
Brazilian Counter-Strike Finds Life
MIBR rockets up nine spots to 20th with 126 points, the second-biggest move in the top 30 behind Legacy's five-spot climb. The roster of LNZ, brnz4n, insani, venomzera and kl1m has finally clicked after months of mediocrity. Combined with Legacy's rise and FURIA's continued top-five presence, Brazilian CS2 is enjoying its best moment in over a year.
For betting purposes, MIBR at 20th represents value against anyone ranked 22 through 30. They're underpriced relative to their current form, and nine-spot jumps don't happen without beating teams you're supposed to lose to. The question is whether this is sustainable or a two-week hot streak. We lean toward the former given the raw talent on the roster.
paiN climbs two spots to 18th at 133 points, further evidence that the Brazilian scene has found its footing. Expect tighter pricing on Brazilian rosters across the board in the coming weeks as books adjust to the trend.
Lower-Tier Chaos
Oxuji surges 54 spots to 74th, the biggest climber in the entire rankings. At 15 points, they're still a tier-three squad, but that kind of movement signals a roster that just won a minor event or upset a string of higher-ranked opponents. GenOne and Rebels both climb 27 spots, further proof that the 70-to-90 range is pure volatility.
On the other end, PsychoFace craters 45 spots to 137th, Johnny Speeds and HAVU both drop 24, and OG falls 18 spots to 84th. OG's slide is the most notable given cadiaN's presence on the roster. The Danish IGL hasn't translated his past success to this squad, and OG is now a fade in any match where they're priced shorter than +150.
The top four remains static, but the churn beneath them creates betting opportunities every week. Legacy and MOUZ have earned trust in the 7-to-9 range, while PARIVISION's slide makes them a fade until further notice. Brazilian rosters across the board offer value as books catch up to their resurgence.
